Connect & set up
Whether you use Shopify, WooCommerce, a marketplace or a fully customized platform, Portius creates a secure connection between your online business and our fulfillment system. Our technical team handles the setup, synchronizing orders, stock levels, tracking and returns, so you get a seamless logistics workflow without complexity.

Stock onboarding
Stored securely in our Ticino, Switzerland warehouse, your products go through a structured receiving process before becoming part of your fulfillment operation. Portius keeps your inventory organized, controlled and ready for efficient order processing.

Pick and pack
Once connected, every order flows directly into Portius. We handle pick & pack end-to-end, from picking and checking items to packing according to your rules. Our scalable fulfillment system combines smart stock organization and a trained team to support 100 to 5,000+ orders per month with speed, accuracy and reliability.

Ship & follow-up
Each order is assigned to the most suitable carrier, with tracking and delivery status available directly in your dashboard. Portius monitors the shipment and steps in if an issue arises, coordinating with the carrier so you keep full visibility without taking on the operational burden.

Returns
We receive and inspect every returned item, assess its condition, and decide whether it should be restocked, refurbished or removed from inventory based on your predefined criteria. Returns are processed within 24–48 hours, helping you recover sellable stock faster, keep inventory accurate and reduce the time your team spends managing returns.

As part of our fulfillment service, you get access to our WMS client portal. It keeps your store and our warehouse synchronized, so you can manage stock, orders, returns, and shipments in one place, including tracking numbers, history, and key stats.
