Connect & set up
Whether you use Shopify, WooCommerce, a marketplace or a fully customized platform, Portius creates a secure connection between your online business and our fulfillment system. Our technical team handles the setup, synchronizing orders, stock levels, tracking and returns, so you get a seamless logistics workflow without complexity.
Inventory receiving and storage
We receive, check and register your products at our warehouse in Ticino, then store them in organized locations ready for fulfillment.
Inventory management includes:
- Inbound receiving & quantity verification
- Quality checks and product condition control
- SKU, barcode and EAN/GTIN setup when needed
- Inventory organization and traceability
- FIFO, FEFO & expiry date management

Pick & pack
Once connected, every order flows directly into Portius. We handle pick & pack end-to-end, from picking and checking items to packing according to your rules. Our scalable fulfillment system combines organized inventory and a trained team to support 10 to 5,000+ orders per month with speed, accuracy and reliability.
Shipping and tracking
Each order is assigned to the most suitable carrier, with tracking and delivery updates available directly in the Portius WMS client portal. Portius monitors each shipment and coordinates with the carrier if an issue arises, so you stay informed without having to manage the process yourself.
Returns management
We receive and inspect every returned item, assess its condition, and decide whether it should be restocked, refurbished or removed from inventory based on your predefined criteria. Returns are processed within 24–48 hours of receipt, helping you recover sellable stock faster, keep inventory accurate and reduce the time your team spends managing returns.
Client portal
All your fulfillment data, one place
As part of our fulfillment service, you get access to the Portius WMS client portal. It keeps your store connected with our warehouse, giving you a clear view of inventory, orders, returns and shipments, including tracking, order history and key metrics.
